The bricklayers are on their homestretch with the fifth and final Pod starting this week. This will allow other trades to finish off the wall plastering and installation of PVC window frames to all of the rooms.
Level 2 private residence floor is taking shape with wall studs constructed and services rough in almost complete. It won’t be long before we see the level 2 areas being closed off as rooms and have the external decks complete.
