Maben Group are proud to announce the completion of the Women’s Housing project in partnership with Women’s Housing Limited (WHL), Neoscape and ClarkeHopkinsClarke.
The 7,987sqm development is designed to provide low-cost housing solutions for women at risk of homelessness, featuring a five-storey building with 53 apartments and a single-level basement.
Situated in a densely populated residential area, the project demanded careful coordination with nearby residents to minimise construction impact. The project delivery team completed the development across 19 months, with completion in December 2023.
