The Woodlea team have gathered good momentum despite challenging weather conditions over the past few weeks.
The structure of the Coles box is now complete with all precast and structural steel erected. Works for the Coles roof are scheduled next, allowing for the preparation of internal concrete slabs to commence.
All in-ground services have been installed in the adjacent tenancy spaces of the Lot 1 building surrounding the future Coles supermarket. Precast panels are underway and the first concrete slabs have been poured on the West side where the future medical centre and office spaces will be located.
On the North East corner of the project, earthworks are complete and footings are underway for the Lot 2 commercial building.
Finally, on the North West corner of the project earthworks are complete for the Lot 3 cafe park building.
