The Woodlea team have continued their good momentum.
The main structure, including precast and structural steel, for Lot 1 has been erected. Tenancy slabs throughout the Lot 1 building are continuing to progress despite some challenging weather recently. And the Kingspan roofing has been lifted to roof level with installation soon to begin.
Footings are complete to the Lot 2 building and slab preparations are underway for the ground floor pour.
Lastly, in-ground services for Coles are nearing completion in anticipation for internal slab preparations.
