The Woolworths extension and mezzanine plantroom are now watertight following the completion of the perimeter walls and roof earlier this week. Stage 2 demolition is due for completion next week allowing works on the specialty tenancies to commence.
Externally, the Woolworths loading dock retaining walls are now complete – allowing the civil and remaining stormwater component of the project to commence.
