The new year has begun with the Harris Scarfe, Cut Throat and Best & Less tenancies vacating, enabling us to erect stage 1 of the mall hoarding. We have also taken possession of half of the Quadrant 4 basement carpark to commence structural strengthening and soffit insulation works, for the new Woolworths tenancy.
