With the internal strip out now complete, carbon fibre strips and basement structural steel strengthening works have commenced. The precast panels and concrete driveway to the existing loading dock have been removed, with strip and pad footings to follow. The electrical authority have now energised the new substation – allowing decommissioning works on the existing to start.
