With Stage 1 of the demolition now complete, the 4000sqm Woolworths box is starting to take shape. The service rough in has commenced in the loading dock extension and the trading floor ceiling. The new T423 tenancy fit out contractor has started onsite and the external northern carpark is nearing completion.
