It’s been a hectic 5 weeks onsite at Point Cook, from completing demolition in the loading dock to making our first Woolworths milestone today of having the mezzanine plantroom and condenser deck ready to accept refrigeration equipment. We would like to take the time to thank our subcontractors who have helped us achieve this.
Internally, service rough in is progressing well and we are preparing to pour the screed to level the BWS and Woolworths trading floor after the Easter shutdown. Works to alter the existing mall are now complete, with the hoarding scheduled to be altered on 13th April 2015.
