Continuing on from the successful 2016 MPavilion project, Maben Group recently began works for Development Victoria at the CLEC (Community Learning & Education Centre) site in Docklands.
Complimenting the Stage 1 works around the MPavilion, Stage 2 works will:
– Tie in the material and themes of Stage 1
– Provide new pedestrian paths through the space to connect Waterview Walk and Harbour Esplanade
– Provide inviting areas next to the multi-purpose courts for sitting lounging and spectating
– Introduce outdoor exercise equipment to expand sport and activity uses in the space
Maben Group are pleased to be working with MALA Studio and Development Victoria once again and look forward to completing another successful Docklands space for people and activity.
