Colac Plaza is gathering momentum with all precast panels to the Coles box now installed.
The final major slab pour to the trading floor has now been placed, leaving only the infill strips around the perimeter outstanding to complete the Coles slab.
The tenancies to Building A are next up on the concrete hit list and on track to commence pours this week.
Structural steel set-out to the Coles box is well advanced with installation commencing today and rolling through a number of staged zones in the Coles box over the coming weeks.
