The Highpoint Backfill (Stage 1) project is one of four projects Maben Group commenced in 2021 at Highpoint for GPT Group.
Stage 1 of this reconfiguration project included the demolition and reduction of an existing tenancy
to create additional tenancies for brands Rebel Sport and Macpac, plus services upgrade work and a roof replacement.
Works began in June 2021, and despite the COVID-19 challenges surrounding the building and construction
industry, our delivery team successfully handed over the selling floors in stages to Macpac shop fitters in October and December 2021 for Rebel Sport.
