Medibank Private is now open for business at Wendouree Shopping Centre with the Charms Spa and Spoils tenancies due to open next week. This will allow for the commencement of the next stage of demolition along the existing western elevation of the Shopping Centre.
Structural demolition works have progressed well, which has allowed civil contractors a clear run at their works on the future Woolworths box. The service trades and concreters are next onsite to commence their in-grounds.
