All three of the early enabling works tenancies are open which has allowed Stage 2 of the structural demolition to take place at the existing western entry of the Shopping Centre.
The civil works have progressed well allowing the in-ground hydraulic services to commence in Woolworths, the public amenities and specialty tenancies. Concrete footings are up next.
