Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as preferred builder for the Woodlea Local Town Centre project
The proposed works will consist of the following:
– A Coles supermarket, Liquorland tenancy & 17 specialty tenancies;
– A medical centre, gym, tavern and commercial office tenancies;
– Retail food and beverage building.
