Maben Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of the 5 Bond St development for QIC Real Estate.
The 5 Bond St project, designed by Fender Katsalidis is a new 10-storey commercial office tower in the heart of Ringwood. The office building consists of 5 levels of commercial office space, 4 levels of multi-storey carpark, ground floor retail and office space, and end of trip facilities.
The new all-electric building provides the Eastern suburbs with 12,000sqm of commercial office space over the 5 levels, and 235 on site car spaces, which is set to be occupied by tenants, including Eastern Health, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and training organisation MEGT .
This is the third project we’ve delivered for QIC in the Ringwood business precinct, and we’re incredibly proud to continue to deliver state of the art projects in partnership with them. We cannot thank our delivery team enough for their commitment and passion in delivering this project.
