Maben group is proud to announce the recent completion of our Castlemaine Woolworths project, in partnership with Lascorp and Urban. The new shopping precinct, designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, delivers a new retail offering to the Goldfields region.
The development included a full-line Woolworths Supermarket with direct to boot service, two specialty tenancies, BWS and Terry White Chemist, as well an external carpark with new EV charging stations and landscape works.
The project also included external roadworks adjacent to the site, introducing a signalised intersection to improve access to the shopping centre off the main road.
