Maben Group is pleased to announce the recent completion of the Charlemont Rise Shopping Centre development, in partnership with D.B.S Commercial and Urban. The development, designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke delivers a new shopping centre to the busy growth corridor in Geelong.
The 9,424sqm development included a full line Woolworths Supermarket, BWS, Direct to Boot Carpark Pick Up, and 19 speciality tenancies including a gym and end of trip facilities. The project also included a 2-storey commercial centre, housing 6 tenancies and amenities.
