Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been nominated preferred contractor for the Debenhams Retail Development.
Located on the lower ground floor of St Collins Lane within the Melbourne CBD, the D&C project will involve the part demolition and refurbishment of 3 existing levels for the centres new marque tenant, Debenhams.
The store is highly anticipated and will be the brands flagship store within Australia.
