Maben Group completed the Mambourin Marketplace development in September, in partnership with Frasers Property Australia. The development, designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke architects delivers a state of the art retail precinct and community gathering place in one of the fastest-growing growth corridors in Melbourne’s west.
The 12,250sqm development features a full-line Coles supermarket, 28 specialty retail and services tenancies, urban gathering spaces, amenities, a 345-space carpark and landscaping.
