Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been nominated as the preferred builder for the Merrifield City project.
The D&C project involves the construction of a new Shopping Centre located on Donnybrook Road, Merrifield, including:
• The delivery of a 3800m2 Coles Supermarket, specialty retail stores and associated car parking
• New loading dock facilities
• Services infrastructure associated with a greenfield site;
Maben are pleased to be working with QIC and NH Architecture once again, as well as QIC’s JV partners MAB Corporation and GPC, and look forward to another successful project.
