It is with great pleasure, that we announce the Highpoint Waterman project has been awarded to Maben Group, taking our Highpoint Shopping Centre + GPT Group project tally to six!
Construction has begun and works will include:
- Escalator removal, void infill & backfill demolition of existing level 4 Myer tenancy (approximately 4,500sqm);
- Construction of new entry & atrium for public access from existing bus interchange including 2no. new lifts;
- Partial demolition of external walls, provision of windows & render to existing wall area;
- Replacement of roof & installation of new pop up roof;
- All new services to level 4.
Maben Group are very excited to be working closely with the GPT Group, Pomeroy Pacific and i2C Architects once again, and look forward to another successful Highpoint project!
