Maben Group are pleased to announce that we have been nominated the preferred ECI contractor for the North Blackburn Shopping Centre Stage 2 Development works.
The project comprises the refurbishment and extension of the existing Shopping Centre including a new supermarket, Gym, Child Care & Medical Centre. The ECI Phase has commenced and Maben are working closely with the client and consultant team to optimise the project.
Construction is due to commence in December 2021.
Maben Group is excited to work closely with Australian Unity, APP Corporation and TRHS – a joint venture between TRCB and Hames Sharley – to deliver this high quality retail development.
