Maben completed the Hunter & Gatherer precinct at Pacific Epping in December 2024, in partnership with QIC & Pacific Epping Group of Companies. The redevelopment, designed by Buchan, regenerated the existing Hunter & Gatherer fresh food market precinct at the Pacific Epping Shopping Centre.
The 12-month redevelopment involved the demolishment of the existing fresh food precinct, and new extension to the existing shopping centre introducing a new Woolworths Supermarket with direct to boot service, a new Sacca’s Fine Foods large-format food market, over twenty fresh food specialty tenancies, 300 new carparks and landscaping. The project also introduced new Coles Click & Collect services to the centre.
The design retained the centres original roof structure, and saw the continuation of the curved roof trusses through to the new entrance of the Hunter and Gatherer precinct. We’d like to thank our project delivery team for all their efforts throughout project alongside managing the complexities of construction in a live environment shopping centre, as well as our valued subcontractors involved throughout the redevelopment.
