The 5 Bond St project delivered for QIC Real Estate and designed by Fender Katsalidis, is a new 10-storey commercial office tower in the heart of Ringwood. The office building consists of 5 levels of commercial office space, 4 levels of multi-storey carpark, ground floor retail and office space, and end of trip facilities.
The new 24,000sqm all-electric building provides the Eastern suburbs with 5-levels of commercial office spaces, and 235 on site car spaces, which is set to be occupied by tenants, including Eastern Health, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and training organisation MEGT .
Wokring alongside Turner Townsend, this the third project Maben has delivered for QIC in the Ringwood business precinct, and we’re incredibly proud to continue to deliver state of the art projects in partnership with both QIC and Turner Townsend.
