The Storage King South Morang project, delivered in partnership with Abacus Group, will comprise two four-storey self-storage facilities, incorporating secure self-storage units, office accommodation, retail space, and on-site car parking. Once complete, the development will deliver more than 6,750 m² of storage space, supporting the continued growth of Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
