Delivered for Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments, in partnership with Ton Constructions and Bill Jacobs Design, the project included a new build extension to the existing hotel, comprising of 82 suites over three levels plus a basement carpark.
The 7,840sqm extension also included lobby facilities, a restaurant bar, conference spaces, commercial kitchens, a fitness centre, an indoor pool and sauna. The hotel remained operating throughout entire construction of the project, with our team successfully minimising all disruptions to guests and hotel trading, with strategically staged planning and delivery.
