Maben Group undertook the premium 4,600sqm development of the Box Hill South Co-Working Office.
The new co-working space for Hub Australia is the final part of the transformation of Box Hill Central. Providing a suburban flexible co-working space for Melbourne’s east.
The space involved the construction of 4 levels of flexible co-working space, located above the existing retail and dining precinct at the southwest end of Box Hill Central. The co-working offices also included the construction of an internal café, and outdoor terrace.
Maben is proud to have once again partnered with Vicinity Centres, Woods Bagot, Baigents & ADP Consulting to complete this project.
Management of staging and logistics of the project were required in a live environment, to ensure safety and public access to Box Hill Central throughout the project.
The Box Hill Co-Work Offices were completed in 13 months.
