A significant milestone for Melbourne Central’s development project, with the official commencement of construction marked on Monday alongside our client, The GPT Group, Lord Mayor Nick Reece and project partners.
This milestone marks the next phase of works as our team commences demolition and prepares the building for the construction of the two new levels. Delivering a project of this scale within a fully operational CBD destination takes a coordinated team effort, with careful planning, collaboration and construction expertise essential at every stage.
We’re proud to be working alongside GPT, ARM Architecture and MostynCopper to bring this development to life while ensuring the centre continues to operate throughout construction.
