Maben Group completed the Melbourne Theranostic Innovation Centre project in January 2023. The 570sqm project was the second Maben has completed at the eighth floor of 14-20 Blackwood Street in North Melbourne.
The Melbourne Theranostic Innovation Centre was custom-designed and built to provide the most advanced clinical PET/CT scan to Melbourne patients.
The project involved the complete strip out of the full floor, and fitting out with new medical suites and staff facilities including upgraded services.
The project was completed in 6 months.
