Maben Group is very pleased to announce that we have been named as the preferred builder for the Shopping on Clyde development. We are thrilled to be working alongside Clarke Hopkins Clarke on another exciting retail development.
The shopping centre development includes a 3200sqm Coles, plus approximately 19 Speciality Stores, associated car parking and landscaping. Adjacent sites also include additional car parking over Morison Road, as well as providing services provisions to 2 pad sites (family restaurant and Coles Express).
Construction will begin prior to Christmas.
