Works have begun on the Fender Katsalidis designed commercial tower of 12,000sqm NLA that comprises six levels of office space in addition to four levels of secure parking with sustainable design features contributing to 6-star NABERS and 5-star Green Star ratings. Leading healthcare and medical services provider Eastern Health is set to occupy around 5000sqm upon completion.
