Maben Group are excited to announce we have been awarded the Coles Belmont redevelopment project in Geelong.
The project will transform the existing Coles Belmont site, delivering a new Coles supermarket and Liquorland, supported by a new basement carpark, upgraded services and amenities, new landscaping, and improvements to street access.
We’re excited to be partnering with Coles Property Development Group, Case Meallin, and Clarke Hopkins Clarke to deliver this project in the Geelong region and look forward to delivering another successful project for the local community.
