We’re proud to announce that Maben Group has been awarded the Melbourne Central Retail Expansion project, partnering with GPT Group.
The project will deliver a two-level vertical extension, including new Levels 3 and 4 introducing increased retail space and customer amenities to the centre. Works also include significant upgrades to lifts, escalators, stairs, and building services, and expanded connectivity via the Atrium and Little Lonsdale Street air bridge – all delivered within a live retail environment.
We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with GPT Group, ARM Architecture and Mostyn Copper to transform the iconic Melbourne Central retail offering and look forward to commencing on site.
