Maben Group completed the Women’s Housing project in December 2023, a collaborative partnership with Women’s Housing Limited (WHL), Neoscape, and ClarkeHopkinsClarke.
The 7,987sqm development in St Albans is designed to provide low-cost housing solutions for women at risk of homelessness, featuring a five-storey building with 53 apartments and a single-level basement.
We’re proud to have partnered with Women’s Housing Limited to deliver this development, which will continue to provide equitable and affordable housing to women in Melbourne.
Situated in a densely populated residential area, the project demanded careful coordination with nearby residents to minimise construction impact. The project delivery team completed the development across 19 months.
